I was disappointed this time , I had to keep calling to find out what was going on with my car. The first time that I took my car in they kept me updated this time they didn’t and I had to call, I shouldn’t had to do that, the shuttle was a no show to pick me up from work, I think you need to do some more training.
Customer service was great. They got the job done in a timely manner & we were made comfortable in their nice lounge during the wait�
Bought a car 3 months ago and the drivetrain malfunctioned. They won’t do a thing about it ($7200 fix) and told me “you bought a used car” for a company that publicizes how much they donate and give back to the community and doing the right thing, this proves otherwise. They’ve treated me so terribly from the day I bought the car, they don’t care about doing the decent thing they care about making money.
