Every time I bring my car here they fail! Almost 2 hours and waiting even though I had a appointment for the oil change! I know it's a chevy but if you guys can't do the work don't sell the car with a prepaid service plan. Pathetic
This dealership does dirty work. I purchased a new truck less than 24 hours ago and they are unwilling to price match or return the car even though the loan paper work hasnt even left the office. I have never dealt with a dealership like this who is so unwilling to even try and work with a customer.
Couldn't be happier with my experience at Ehrlich Toyota today! Amazing customer service from all the staff! I walked out with a new 2018 Rav4 XLE and I am in love with it. Big thank you to everyone that helped me find my dream car today!
We purchased a vehicle in December 2017 and we still do not have the tags as of March 2018. We paid all the local taxes and fees, so the registration should have been processed through the dealer. We went to the DMV and they could not extend our temporary tags. They also confirmed the dealer should handle this. We have called numerous times and they simply give us the run around and never return my calls. We are consulting an attorney because we do not know what the next step should be to get our vehicle registered. Very poo... read more
