Just a wonderful, relaxing experience from start to finish. Our sales agent, Ken, was very helpful, patient, and not pushy at all. He was honest and provided full disclosure. Ricky, the sales manager was very efficient and friendly, and took care of all our requests with the vehicle while keeping negotiations pleasant. Really great experience, me and my family were there long but that’s because we couldn’t decide on what we wanted. That being said Roberto was really helpful and patient with my family and I.
