Ok so a hHUGh shout out to Lois tha man who sold me my car!!!... I got a flat tire and was unable to change it as I have had 10(yes10) knee surgeries!! I was across from Toyota called him and he was off work but came to my rescue and got me back on the road talk about going above and beyond! Now that is customer service !! God bless you Louis ! Overall good experience. I had to buy a new car after a wreck, so I wasn’t too excited about the process and having a car payment again. James was my salesman and made the whole process smooth and simple. He was wonderful to work with and went out of his way to help me get the car I wanted. I ended up purchasing a used 2013 Prius V to replace my 2008 Prius.
