They are no haggle dealership! Customer Service was fantastic! Torri Miera is an excellent Internet Sales Manager and makes things happen! The Finance Dept was super quick and worked hard to get me the best interest rate and coverage for my new 4Runner. Elrich Toyota dealership is about the customer period! Looking for a Toyota and a pleasant buying experience go see them, if they can make it happen they will!
