From the time the receptionist took my call to the minute the plumber folded up his drop cloth and said good-bye, this business exhibited friendly courtesy, professionalism and competency. I had a toilet replaced in less than 2 hours and with minimal disruption to the household. Price was fair, but probably on the higher side. It was worth the price to get the expertise, speedy service and quality product.
My experience was totally positive! Bernadette called me first thing Monday morning to see if I needed further service. I did need service so Glen was sent. Big imposing man. He determined the problem was a city problem. Glen was friendly and offered me tips to get the city to my house. Bernadette was helpful. My only suggestion for her is to slow her speech down. I am hard of hearing and trying to follow her words was really a challenge. But she did work with me very graciously.
Prompt and excellent service. Technician Francisco was polite, extremely well informed and solved the issue quickly.
Glen got to work and fixed my water heater. He was professional, friendly, and fast. A+
I have use McDonald for services twice in the last month. They are the best. On time, professional and nice. The certainly know what they are doing, answer all questions and explain why wand what they are servicing for the customer. I will certainly use them again.

What a good experience. I thought I had a possible major leak and discovered it was minor leaking from the shower on the outside. The plumber, John B*****, was prompt to my appointment. He was efficient and thorough.
McDonald Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning responded quickly on a Saturday to our emergency call for air conditioning service of a malfunctioning compressor. We received excellent service from Darryl our technician and the assistance of Jose in coordinating the service visit. Darryl arrived at the estimated time, was extremely friendly and skilled at what needed to be done and we had a functioning air conditioning system when he left. A great company and excellent customer service. Thank you!!
I needed our one & only toilett available to be fixed asap! McDonald Plumbing to the rescue! They were the 3rd call I made after 2 STUPID previous contacts! The office staff was very polite & asked the right questions to help unlike the previous 2 contacts! They gave me a timeline, they called to update me & let me know when the plumber was on his way and he was ontime! Carlos the name of the plumber was so polite, helpful & very efficient!
