I trust McDonald! They are great, efficient and nice. And when we did have one small problem with something, they were out that day and took care of it for us. Kind courteous and professional. The A+ rating is for a reason.

I am pleased with the prompt service from Mc Donald Plumbing, Heating & Air Condition, Inc. Our Air Conditioning was working properly and Mc Donald Plumbing, Heating & Air Condition, Inc., came out within 24 hours to repair. Although we are pleased with the service from Mc Donald Plumbing, Heating & Air Condition, Inc., we are not pleased that after only 3 years & 3 months, we may have a leak in our coils, so we have to have approximately 5 lbs of Freon added to our Air Conditioning Unit, as we may have a leak in the coils. ... read more

MacDonald HVAC has been great. I have had their annual inspection and maintenance package for years. I've alway gotten great service. Daryl H. has come out for last few check-ups. He's alway professional, friendly and gives me good advice. The office calls to remind me when a check-up is due, which is very helpful. They're always professional and personable on the phone. Carlos has also been out a few times, and he's also been professional.

Great Experience. Had a hot water leak under our foundation when we got back from vacation. They responded quickly and repair completed. I always call McDonald first.

1/25/18, We've had McDonald PHAC service our H/AC for a number of years and Darryl H. is our go-to guy for service. He is expert in what he does and is super courteous in explaining any problems. In 2017 we had a problem with the AC, which was covered under warranty. There was no problem in getting it fixed. When the part ordered took longer than anticipated McDonald brought in a portable AC unit at no cost to us. Francisco was the repair man in that instance. Both Darryl and Francisco rate 5 stars.

I trust McDonald's for all my plumbing, heating and air conditioning issue: new water heater; replacing sink faucets; adding insulation throughout; replacing toilets with newer low-flush options; adding gable fans and air scrubber; servicing my furnace and A/C on an annual schedule. Everyone is courteous, professional and quickly responds to customer needs.

This is an excellent company we've used over the years. The work is competent and the rates are very reasonable in a service area where price gouging is common. No one wants a plumbing problem, but anyone who has plumbing that is more complex than an outhouse will need help from time to time. You can't go wrong with McDonald (and, no, we are not related by blood or marriage).

My heat went out during 10 days of subfreezing weather. McDonald's installed a new heating system that is much better than the old one. The house heats quickly, quietly, and no more cold spots. The whole team at McDonalds was very professional and courteous. They treated me like princess. It was a big, difficult, complicated job, but with excellent teamwork, they made it go smoothly. When you've found the best, why mess with the rest? I just wish it hadn't taken me so long to find McDonald PHAC
