Darryl H came to my house to look at my furnace which was not turning on properly. He was cordial and immediately put covers on his shoes which were the first signs I knew I had hired the right group of people. He immediately identified the problem, the thermostat and not the furnace, thankfully. He changed the thermostat right then and there in 20 minutes. Will 100% use them again for all of my heating and air needs.
McDonald service team are always prompt, personable, and give you good information as to what does or doesn't need to be done. We use them exclusively because we trust their work and ethics.
FINALLY...a company that can fix your problem the day you call in for service!!! That was my #1 requirement when calling them when my AC went out. They stand behind their advertisement of "same day service 24/7". They were at my house 45 minutes after I called for service. The technician and the office lady were so professional and wonderful to work with. Will definitely be using them again for all future issues. On time, quick and efficient
Darryl H. and the office staff at McDonald PHAC are phenomenal. We had a weird issue w/ our AC, called this morning, and Darryl was out here w/in a few hrs. He was thorough, super friendly and done very fast. We've signed up for their annual plumbing, heating, A/C service plan and will only be using them from now on for all our plumbing, heating and A/C needs. Could not be more pleased.

Darryl showed up on time, and within 15 minutes had diagnosed my problem with my ACC unit, and had it fixed and operational within an hour. great service.
Carlos C did a great job replacing our old water heater. Very detail oriented and clean. The cost seemed a little high but now it's more efficient and works great.
I want to leave a review on this site because Mr L**** was very help to me in getting the leak in my front yard fixed. He gave me very useful advice before and after the leak was leak was repair. He was curtious and and polite.
