Called McDonald's/M**** on Tuesday afternoon and they sent Hugo to check out the A/C on Wednesday morning. He was very professional. He fixed the A/C in two hours. Excellent service. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used McDonald's Plumbing, Heating and Air for years. I had service today with Jeremy. He was very professional and friendly and explained everything to me on what needed to be done and what could wait, Bernadette is their in office person who takes the calls and is very friendly and makes scheduling easy.

Randomly selected McDonald from the yellow pages. They responded and scheduled an appt. timely. everything was on time and resolved within a week. Much different process than I experienced with another very well known HVAC company in Sacramento that was nonresponsive over a period of several months of trying to get a quote. And they probably would have made an unnecessary repair. Thank you Collin for the professionalism and courtesy. Much appreciated.

Eduardo of Moore Solar/Heating/Cooling (previously McDonald) was the repairman who came to our home to give us an estimate on a new water heater to replace our very old, original system and prevent issues before they arise. He gave us a detailed accounting of all the new parts and prices included in this replacement, and was able to schedule the replacement work for this week. He is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We feel grateful to have him on our "team" of home maintenance professionals.

My heat pump quit on the coldest day, in my opinion, so far this year. Francisco was the repairman who was sent by McDonald Plumbing, Heating & Air. He was courteous, enjoyable to talk to and appeared to be extremely professional. He jumped right into his diagnostics, told me what he was doing, without wasting any time. Hopefully I will not need any additional repairs, but if I do I hope Francisco is dispatched. Bernie, the office assistant was pleasant to talk to. I could hear a smile in her voice.
