McDonald has installed our HVAC units 7 or 8 years ago and has been caring for them ever since. Our heat pump thermostat displayed an ERR message over the weekend, and I called about 10 am Monday morning. The technician, Francisco T****, arrived about an hour later, fixed the problem and performed semi-annual service on both HVAC units in our house. We couldn't as for better service. Mr. T**** is extremely professional

I called at 8AM about a problem with my central heat. Francisco was here within the hour and quickly found and fixed the problem. He has been here in the past and has always given great service. Thanks also to LaRhonda for the quick response.

Bryan M. responded regarding a leak under the kitchen sink. He assessed the problem and arranged to return the next day to install a new faucet (which we purchased later that day). Through no fault of his own, Bryan could NOT return the next day, but cheerfully came the following one. He is pleasant, professional, and efficient.

Our latest adventure was with Anthony. He was absolutely great. Tried to explain to me how the thermostat works. Still didn't get it right. Not his fault. We have two different thermostats which complicates the matter. All in all Anthony did a great job. Came back to day and installed(11/13)a permanent filter for my heater. We appreciate all you do for us.Long time customer who has always been served well. Thank you.

We needed plumbing assistance immediately. I called in the morning and was given an appointment same day. Bryan M. arrived soon after the company called to inform us he was on his way. We showed him the problem and he gave us a price for the service and asked if we wanted him to do the work. We said yes. He was done quickly, cleaning up after himself. We are very pleased with his work and with the company to be able to send someone out the same day. We will recommend McDonald Plumbing to friends and relatives.

I had a water leak, unknown origin....found McDonald phone number in our church bulletin and made the call. Receptionist very helpful, courteous....prompt response (next day service)..Plumber Bryan M. identified self at onset, located leak and promptly repaired it. Bryan then gave me a follow up phone number to call to repair dry wall. I really appreciate the promptness, professionalism and courteous response from initial phone call to final repair of leak! Thanks ...and it helped that you advertised in our church bulletin!

I am quite pleased with McDonald Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. They installed my new A/C unit on a rental I have in January of 2017. I called them out Sept. 4 2017 for a problem. Them were on time and professional. Very dependable. I recommend them for anyone needing a new system or for service.

This was my first time using McDonalds, LaRhonda the office Personnel was very professional and personable her follow up was appreciated. .Carlos the service pro arrived on time introduced himself gave me his business card and wasted no time checking on the problem that I called about after his diagnosis he explained the likely cause of my problem, and made a recommendation for resolution.
