They suck just like all car dealers...I went there to buy my DART GT And they wanted bank statements and SS letters and my life story
Not much to say especially when you walk onto the sales floor and you never got greeted & all the sales people are hanging around doing nothing but don't even acknowledge you. I was walking around for about 15 minutes looking at the vehicles and looking for my next car but apparently no one wants to help out. Definitely going to a dealer with better customer service.
My husband and I purchased a 2016 Ram Promaster here last week. Jeremy Haney was our sales guy and he went above and beyond to help us make the deal.We live 3 hours driving distance from the dealership so much of our correspondence took place over the phone for a few days. This was my second experience with this dealership-Glenn Hedges really came through for me. I had some issues with a lease and he worked with the manager and the bank to help us.- which seemed like a task at first. The deal was very fair- and Glenn deserves a raise.
