I picked up my Jeep Wrangler unlimited this past Friday. Our sales rep, Jeremy was a delight. This was our 4th dealership that we went to in trying to make a deal and found Jeremy to be informed and very easily to work with as well as overall dealership personnel. We ended up ordering a jeep and needed to wait - Jeremy gave a realistic time frame and kept me up to date throughout the process. I was sold a used 2014 Cherokee with 2 broken struts. Every time I've called the service department the receptionist has been very rude. One time she was actively having a conversation with someone else, giggling and talking to them then would tell me to repeat myself bc she blatantly wasn't listening to me. I now take my jeep to Fullerton to get work done.
I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and now my step rail is shaking and rattling extremely bad when it never had before yesterday... The dealership also wanted to charge me $133 to sync my tire pressure monitors when a Nother garage told me $30 maximum
I bought my 2002 jeep here was going to go back to look at a new jeep. But reading all these terrible reviews, I think I will take my business elsewhere.
