For nearly three years, I’ve had ongoing issues with cold rooms in my home, particularly Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2. Despite raising these problems shortly after moving in, and even after their own contractors confirmed faults, McDermott refused to fully fix the issues. This has caused huge stress for my family, especially as my daughter has a medical condition that makes warmth essential. I’ve had to rely on costly electric heaters just to keep the rooms livable. Totally unacceptable customer service.
From personal experience, McDermott Homes stands out as a far superior builder compared to other developers. Their after-sales customer care is exceptional—Amanda is highly professional and attentive, while Rick’s workmanship is outstanding. Rest assured, with McDermott Homes, you’re in excellent hands. Highly recommend!
There is no option available for a rating lower than 1 star. Please note all the issues before deciding to buy the house in McDermott. While the exterior of the house looks beautiful, you may realize the mistakes you've made once you enter. I encountered unfinished work and other issues after purchasing the house on 01/11/24. Worst experience most problem common not slove
Worst in all the finishing and fitting works , even the locks are not working, can’t post the videos other wise I would have share the problems clearly, mailed many times but no response. Please enable the options to give stars in minus .
