I was there for a A12 service, and they charged me for a tire rotation that they didn’t do. I noticed it when I checked the tire pressures after the service and noticed they were unchanged. I told the advisor there and she told me the tires weren’t rotated. Had I not told her about it, I woulda ended up paying the $200 for the whole service. In the end I was only refunded $30. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This is the second time they have done this.

Had a great experience at McDaniels Acura. Our friend referred us to McDaniels, so we decided to check them out. We searched on their website and found the car we wanted. Took a trip to the dealership and they made it a great buying experience. Rene and Derek were great to work with.

The staff at McDaniels Acura was a pleasure to work with. William Miles was very professional, and did not pressure us. Also Derrick was very helpful and helped close the deal on our Acura MDX. They both wanted to make sure this was the right vehicle for us. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend them.
Worst customer service ever! They love you when you buy, but after that the service stinks! We have gotten the run around from 4 different people...from sales dept, financial dept, and the service department. We will not purchase from them ever again!
