Literally lied to my face about their “scanner being broken”. Then instead they tried to charge me 150$ for a scan. Do better. This place sucks.
The experience was great. The sale person wasn't pushy and made me feel at ease through the whole process. The building and facilities are very nice. My new Acura Integra has everything I wanted.
The customer care provided by William Miles and the financial team at McDaniels Acura of Columbia was sincere and they were extremely patient. I have recommended them and purchased twice due to the stellar service.
DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! We bought a 2013 Hyundai Tucson from them and the engine blew up after less than 5000 miles. they will not do anything about it, clearly they are selling whatever they can in this current crazy used car market...don't take a chance in buying a POS from McDaniels Acura!!!
