Excellent service! Was able to do the buying process over the phone without having to go sit and wait at the facility. Everything was ready for me when I arrived. Everyone was friendly.
Great service. The manager personally drove the vehicle to Charleston on a Friday afternoon after hours because it had been promised by that day. No excuses. He just got the job done and had a great attitude. Bill McDaniels is a straight-up gentleman. If he says he'll do something, he'll do it.
Yes I recommend McDaniels Acura I own three Acura vehicles and for all of my needs I choose McDaniels they have a very friendly welcoming staff that are quick to address your needs. Also when I need to order any parts for my vehicles their parts Department workers are very informative and always assist me without hesitation.
