The staff at McDaniels Acura was a pleasure to work with. William Miles was very professional, and did not pressure us. Also Derrick was very helpful and helped close the deal on our Acura MDX. They both wanted to make sure this was the right vehicle for us. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend them.
Worst customer service ever! They love you when you buy, but after that the service stinks! We have gotten the run around from 4 different people...from sales dept, financial dept, and the service department. We will not purchase from them ever again!
The best experience I’ve had at a car dealership by far. The customer service we experienced was out of this world! Chris G. greeted my husband, myself and my daughter and introduced us to Willie Caughman. Willie made sure we were well taken care of and not once made us feel pressured. We came into the dealership looking for a used spare car and ended up getting a reliable low mileage vehicle for an amazing price.
