We were recommended by a friend, and Rod really lived up to the reputation. Efficient, friendly and very experienced.
Poor customer service. Enquired about land for sale which I was told was available. I asked for the documentation to be sent through as we are interested in offering on this land however nothing was sent. I have emailed and called several times to which I have received excuses of ‘we will send it just now’ and ‘we have no internet connection’ but this has been ongoing for over a week.
