The staff are always really friendly and always willing to help and give advice
I find the lady at the front can be very blunt and should have better customer service skills. I've also never know a chemist to be closed everyday for an hour where I couldn't even buy some ibuprofen over the counter. I can understand if your short staffed and need a lunch break but for all the staff to have there lunch at the same time is very strange and very inconvinent when leaving the doctors and needing prescriptions I've had to wait in the car for an hour on 2 occasions.
