Staff have attitude and rude

Always had a pleasant experience. The staff treat me like family. Especially Debs and the pharmacist. They look at me and say hello mr x. We've got your prescription and we also have your children's prescription. They know us and they're always looking ahead. Strongly recommend.
Absolutely disorganised pharmacy - they cancelled a vaccine appointment which I had paid for due to not having the vaccine in stock - not sure why there were appointments to book if there isn’t any vaccine . They didn’t think to call to tell me and then I turned up to find a rude receptionist Debbie who didn’t even apologise, said ‘oh well’ and just stood there waiting for me to leave - disgraceful customer service and the pharmacist hiding in the back didn’t help either. Would not recommend
