We instructed McCluskey Chartered Surveyors for an RICS Level 3 survey and were extremely disappointed with both the quality of the inspection and the communication that followed. For transparency, I asked for a partial refund early in this arrangement as the survey took nearly two weeks to come back after we were told it would take 5 days. Recently had a Homebuyer's survey done by this company. Very detailed and highly informative. Quite reasonable pricing also. Just be patient though - it can take a while.
