If I could give them a 0 I would. After making an appointment and verifying that the car had not sold (on my way there). I arrived to only be told that the car had just sold, I obviously was upset and my family and I got up to leave. As we are walking out the finance manager Brian came over and told us that it had not sold. At this point I don't know why I didn't just walk out then because of the lack of communication skills between the salesman's. RecommendedWas looking for a spacific vehicle. McCarthy had a large selection. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I called ahead and spoke to Josh. When I arrived he was there waiting on me. Josh already has a few vehicles in mind for me to look at. After I found the one I was looking for Josh made sure it had a full tank of fuel and was ready to go.
Very informative and did the work in a very reasonable time frame.
have only taken my car here for service. notified them of an oil leak they couldnt find while car was under warranty. went back for same issue and they found oil leak out of warranty. want 350 to fix

went to buy a car, asked them to exclusively only send my credit app to Ally, they said they would honor my request. I caught the finance manager in a lie and was walking out and I think that pissed him off. my loan went through Ally but he ended up shotgunning my credit app all over to multiple banks. I hope his childish revenge tactic made him feel better about himself. that was the third car we bought there and the last. If you decline their b.s. in finance then apparently that little man can't handle it
