Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They do not want to correct their mistakes or do what they are supposed to do after you sign papers by far my worst experience! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Took good care of me problems were fixed
My vehicle was at Mcarthy for an entire week and the technician didn’t look at my vehicle the entire week to fix the issue. It is the 3rd time I brought in my vehicle for the same issue, shift to park, and Chevrolet say they don’t sell GMC’s so they are not well equipped to fix the shift to park issue. Scott the manager was not helpful when I spoke to him about the issues. I would not recommended going to this dealer.
McCarthy Chevrolet service team met our needs for our Silverado. The service rep was knowledgeable and the repairs were explained as well as potential future needs of my vehicle. I will return to McCarthy Chevrolet for service!
Let's just say BUYER BEWARE they could careless about you being a customer once the deal is done your on your own. and getting a low ball price on our trade in. And we bought two vehicles at that time. TRUSTWORTHY NOT ....... NEVER AGAIN WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.
