I wouldn’t recommend this dealership if it was the last one on earth. Had to take my car there SEVEN TIMES to get anything fixed on it. The first time I stated that I needed the oil leak fixed, window tint done, and a headlight fixed because it was pointing off to the right where it’s not supposed to be pointing. They only did the window tint and it was bubbled. Second time I took it there, oil leak and headlight, and transmission problem. Jake was very helpful in purchasing my car yesterday and I feel like he went above and beyond. We don’t live in Kansas City so Jake traveled to Lawrence twice to help me and my family out. I had a slight issue with my new car this morning so I reached out to Jake and he was all over it, working out the details for me. He’s a great guy and I’m happy I got to do business with him!

I took a car I bought my daughter to the dealership to get keys made. They told me that I needed brakes, so I had them install brakes. I changed the hubcaps the next day and found they left a lug nut off. I called them and they told me that I could bring it back in and they would put me on. They should drive to my house and put it in or they should give me some money back for having to go up there with my broken ankle.
