I made an appointment for recall repairs. They said they needed the VIN to check if the parts were in stock. The parts were in stock and the appointment was made. I showed up for the 7:45 a.m. time on a Saturday. I waited 2 hours and was then told they didn't have the parts since they were VIN specific and to call back the next Wednesday to check on the parts. The salesman was great but they couldn't find the title for my car. the car is missing the driver's floormat, I had to put 2 nuts and 5 clips on the rear bumper cover to hold it on, the headlights aren't adjusted correctly and the tire compressor was missing which isn't acceptable considering this was a $21,000 2018 model car.
I had a great experience with Jake. they picked me up and I drove my new vehicle home it's a wonderful feeling not having to stress over if I was going to make it to my destination before the truck I was driving needed more repairs. thank you for making my life less stressed.
