Recently bought an Escalade from them. I love the truck, I despise the customers service. I can not get answers. And no one will return my phone calls. i am a twenty year plus military veteran and I have have bought a lot of vehicles. But I have never dealt with this lack of communication or follow up ever in my life. I am in the market in the very near future for a new truck, they will not get business!

The customer service seems to be great. Our sales representative even brought the vehicle that we were interested in to us in the frigid weather for the test drive, due to my physical limitations. And is bringing the vehicle back to us for the purchase. Above and beyond..Thank you Doug
