When I called they fitted my dog in straight away, even though they were really busy to stop me worrying about her.
Always friendly informative with an experienced team
Moved to MBM a few months ago after appalling "care" at another local vet. They have been fantastic. Very caring, thorough and always take the time to ensure you know what is happening with your pets. From the reception staff to the vets themselves they really have made every visit less stressful and given top class care to our pets.
We've used MBM vets on a number of occasions, at 2 separate practices over the past year. Whether it's routine inoculations, normal concerns over our pooch or advanced surgery (beyond hulling) to deal with a persistent corn, the level of care, compassion and understanding has been outstanding at this Veterinary Group, and particularly so at Mauchline.
