Just .... rude. On top of the fact that student houses are much worse in value than new private student halls, and therefore becoming obsolete in this city, these people are bafflingly rude and inconsiderate to their clients. Really medieval systems, really crap accommodation offered. Sorry, but it's the truth. I can't believe they managed to be so catty on top of that - you have no idea what people are going through, don't laugh at them.
Great property managers, Mick was always very helpful and responsive. Smooth, streamlined and easy process for renting properties.
Mick and the team at MBA have been so attentive and helpful for both the years we have been with them, any issues encountered have been dealt with promptly and communication has been excellent!
