Not a full review as my experience ended after measurements were taken. We visited the shop which was very good and a helpful assistant told us all about Karndean which is what we were after. Someone came to measure up, and to be honest, I got the impression that it was too much trouble. I was told we'd have a quote a couple of days later...and that's the last we heard from them. No quote, no business. Subsequently, I went somewhere else and now have a lovely new floor.
At the end of a complete home renovation with a tight deadline, MBA went above and beyond from measuring right through to fitting - ultimately getting me moved in on time. It said it all when the team would pop round at 4:30pm just to throw another 30 minutes at the job rather than call it day - great work ethic, service and products, with results to match.
