We asked Mark to fix a leaking conservatory which he did not put up. He completed the job successfully. He was always prompt, polite and kept us fully informed and we would have no hesitation in using him again.
I was happy with all the work that was done .I would recommend Mark one hundred percent.
We were given Mark's details by some friends of ours, who have been using Mark for the last 10 months to do all sorts of home improvements to their house, this included, building a new patio from scratch, designing and building a bespoke conservatory, installing new flooring, doors and windows. Mark has installed our new kitchen and built a lovely conservatory with a beautiful lantern roof, both have been challenging with weather and kitchen fittings not arriving.Mark has been reliable and has always kept us informed of the work required, we have often changed our minds and Mark has given us ideas we had not thought off , often making more work for himself, either way he has not been fazed and has worked a way to produce wonderful results. Mark carried out extensive repairs and improvements to our commercial extension. Very pleased with the fibreglass roofing which has now rectified a long standing leak issue. Customers are now happy with their revamped washroom facility. Mark is very approachable and takes time to explain the repair process. Very efficient and tidy with his work and I would highly recommend MB home improvements.
