Karen was absolutely wonderful ! So kind and patient with me and my family. She really made the whole experience for us. We ended up buying a sample gown .. And she didn't change her demeanor when we were going to spend less $$$. She walked us through the process and was excited to try on different belts/ headpieces and gave her honest opinion, which was much appreciated/ welcome. She made time for us and stayed with us until the end. I can't say enough about Karen ! Highly recommended an appointment with her :)

Very impersonal and rushed experience!! MB Bride is clearly focused on quantity, rather quality of service for potential customers. This salon only offers a maximum time of 1.5 hours for bridal appointments whereas other salons offer a minimum of 2 hours. I cannot forget to mention that when the 1.5 hours is about to expire, the consultants will make you feel rushed and as though you are inconveniencing them. I won't ever step foot in this salon again. I strongly recommend other salons in the area!!

I am sorry if you feel we do not care about our customers, but every one of our consultants love helping brides and we have made many great memories with them. It is just as stressful for us when balancing overlapping appointments...we wish we could spend every moment with you! I had the best experience at MB bride! I went to 5 other places and ended up going back to MB bride. Lova was amazing and great to work with! I don't know how anyone could say anything bad about MB bride. Their selection of gowns was prefect! Thank you to all that helped me! Especially LOVA ❤️

MB bride made my experience looking for a wedding dress far better than I ever thought! Cindy was so sweet and nice and took her time to find me my perfect dress. Their selection was great and I HIGHLY recommend them to any bride!!!

I had a rather good experience here. Very nice selection of dresses. And everything was very organized. Staff was very polite and helpful. I don't understand a lot of fitting terms and they were happy to explain. The only thing I disliked was the girls at the front counter. Very snobby. And as a young bride they gave me the most hateful looks. They even saw me standing there waiting to be checked out and just kept talking to each other like I didn't matter. Very unprofessional. I came to MB Bride for my wedding gown because they have a huge selection of designers that I couldn't find anywhere else in my area. I was looking for a Justin Alexander gown and it just so happened there ended up being a trunk show the weekend I made my appointment for. I was totally excited because that meant I could get my dress at a discounted price. I had to come in on a Saturday because I work Monday-Friday, which was my first mistake.
