I had an appointment with Lisa and she was fantastic! She was extremely helpful and seemed to know exactly what would look perfect on me! I couldn't be happier with my dress purchase or with her service! Can't wait to take my bridesmaids there to find their dresses!

My experience could not have been more perfect! I had a pretty limited budget, so I was only able to pick from their clearance section. My consultant was so supportive and friendly and made sure she was always pulling dresses in budget.
Great customer service. Very patient when I tried on dozens of dresses. Such an extensive selection that I didnt even have to look at all the dresses till I picked my gown. Sales team was excellent, Allie was the best, and she kept in touch with me through the whole process since it was being shipped to Florida. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Dont even bother with the chain stores, come here first.
I scheduled with Bonnie as a returning bride. She'd originally helped me when I shopped alone on a whim. The first time when I was by myself she was attentive and friendly. She pulled dresses that I requested and even took me around the salon to pull more, urging me to try different styles. I left that day vowing to return with my mom to show her what we'd found. I found my dress yesterday and it is perfect!! The overall experience was amazing super nice and helpful with everything.
We were there yesterday with a very very pleasant experience with sales associate, Tracey.. yes my daughter said yes to the dress!! Very apprehensive about going here after seeing the reviews but dress is ordered which is just the first step of the process.. I will sure to come back and revise my review if less that expected services from this point on.. she's happy I'm happy!!�
