I ordered a dress and a veil but when I ordered the veil I was not 100% I was going to use one but I was told to order it that way it was in since it takes time to come in and if I didnt want it I could return it as long as it did not leave the store. Well today I picked up my dress and have told them a few times I did not want the veil. So I told them and they said well all we can do is store credit! Why would you say this and not follow through? I went to MB Bride on Thursday July 21st and I would recommend it to anyone!!! Jen was my consultant and she was so awesome! She helped me find something that I wanted and actually picked my wedding dress! If you are looking for somewhere to get a dress, please go here! They have a great selection and are great to work with!
I've had a great experience both in choosing a bridesmaid dress and also my wedding dress! I went in today to pick up my bridesmaid dress for my future sister in law's wedding and ended up leaving with my dream wedding dress. My consultant Leigha was incredibly nice and helpful when trying on both dresses and made my experience even better :)
My sister got her wedding dress here. They were very helpful. Wet also got our bridesmaid dresses for her wedding which is in 16 days. They are the best place around for bridal. I also got my wedding dress here this year while they had their blow out sale. Got my dress at a very responsible price. Well be going here for future formal events.
This by far is my favorite dress store. I had a girl named Leigha and she was amazing. She truly made my day perfect. I truly had her working as I wanted to try almost every single wedding dress in the store and never complained once. This is the 4th time I have bought something from the store. I said "yes" to the dress at MB Bride!
I would not recommend this store at all. The shoes I ordered never came in and they tried to sale me ripped pair in the lobby twice by two diferent staff members.I believe there was a mix up with my order I must have gotten someone else's dress. Very little alterations were needed but yet the day of my destination wedding I had to have someone pull all pins from the bottom (I didn't have it hemmed) and the top of the dress was do lose I was afraid to move. I had such a great experience shopping for my wedding dress at MB Bride. I had Caityln, who helped me find my perfect wedding dress! She let me, my family and friends look around at the dresses for awhile, and pick out some that they thought would look good on me, and then she also picked out some based on what we liked on me, and what I was looking for. This was our second wedding experience with MB bride... The first wedding everything went well from the gowns to tuxedos... This time however the tuxedo experience was awful... From jackets and pants needing fixed on pick up day to shoes not fitting or having to have a shirt drop boxed the day of the wedding... The father the bride making two trips because they didn't order his vest... This experience was anything but pleasant... I doubt we will be back... The day was not ruined but it made for a stressful time.
I wish i could give it a lower rating!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. Managed to stress me out the entire time I was/am wedding planning!!!!! They ordered the wrong bridesmaid dresses for my girls and only gave them 2 weeks for them to get altered without even offering to comp for all alterations. Its been nothing short of a nightmare and I havent even picked up my mens tux's yet

I looked at your account and it looks like we left you a voicemail to let you know the correct maids dresses were in on the 4th, 3 weeks before the wedding, and are not charging your girls for any side seam adjustments. A hem is generally unavoidable, so we could not cover those charges for you.
