We drove 3 hours one way for my daughters dress......it was a wonderful experience and terrific service.... Susan took care of our alterations and what a wonderful lady....professional...personable ..... She made us feel like we were family...I would recommend MB Bride to anyone...great staff!!!

I had my appointment with Karen at MB Bridal this afternoon and I could not have asked for a better experience! I am a big girl and shopping in general gives me anxiety let alone shopping for my wedding gown. The ladies were incredibly supportive, honest, and went above and beyond to help me try to find the perfect dress FOR ME. I was married last year. Everything was horrible quality-bridesmaids dresses, my dress fell apart at the ceremony.. It was a nightmare. I complained to managers and the owner only for them to do nothing but offer a free broach for the bm dresses.. Never again.

I went to MB bride and found my wedding dress. I paid a little over a thousand dollars for my dress. My customer service experience wasn't bad however when the woman took my measurements she told me I needed to order a size 24 dress. My mother was there with me along with my sisters and we all said there's no way but she insisted. My dress came in and it is waaaay to big on me. Absolutely loved this place! Carly was the absolute best she was on top of her game when it got totally busy but still was right there to help us! Loved how we got to pick out the dresses we wanted to try on unlike some other bridal shops where they pick them for you! She was great at coordinating all the colors and matching the tuxes to my dress and the bridesmaids! Couldn't asked for a better experience. Thanks again for all your help girls your the best! Worst experience ever! They measured me wrong and I told them they were ordering me the wrong size. They argued with me...when my dress came in it was too small. They then charged me an additional $200+ for additional fabric and to add the material to the dress. My dress then cost close to $450!!

I HAD THE GREATEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE HERE. Susan is an absolute lifesaver! I bought my dress and picked it out about a year ago once getting engaged. Planned my fairytale wedding with the dress of my dreams with a year to go! Ended up getting pregnant with a miracle baby and at 5.5 months I can say my dress fits just as perfect as it did when I was not pregnant.
