My entourage and I came from Ohio to MB Bride because of their very impressive selection of wedding dresses, and wow they did not disappoint! Carly was my wedding dress consultant and she was absolutely wonderful. She was able to keep up with the demands of my entourage as well as mine while ALSO giving her own personal suggestions. Again, the wedding dresses they have are just gorgeous which is probably why I tried on over 15:) But I was so overwhelmed and so thankful for my experience there. I went to this store with my 4 bridesmaids I was not satisfied and neither were my girls. We were completely ignored by our consultant, who was too "busy" going upstairs every other minute to watch her cousin try on dresses. We were left by ourselves and no one would help. I'm not sure why everyone at the shop had an attitude but as a customer I was very angry and we all wanted to leave and go else where. I traveled from State College to shop for my dress at MB Bride and I'm so glad I did. My consultant Cindy was very friendly and helped provide me with a wonderful afternoon of dress shopping and trying on veils, jewelry and accessories - I felt like a princess! I will say I was told by a couple people to not go here. But I took a chance & was really happy I did. I had my first appointment for wedding dress shopping in November of 2013 & my wedding was in October 2014. My appointment was with consultant Kim, who was so nice & answered a lot of our questions. I had tried on a ton of dresses that day in an hour. Kim even mentioned most brides only try on a fraction that I had tried on. But she was patient & we just had a great overall experience. I had reviewed mb bride five stars over a month ago from my experience. I left there ORDERING the gown that I fell in love with and left almost $700 deposit to have it ordered. Almost a month after ordering the gown I get a call saying that dress is no longer being made, which I feel that they should have known that before I even handed them any money to order the dress. I've had the best experience at MB Bride so far! My consultant, Allie Z, is by far a big part of the reason I love MB so much! Allie and I ironically go way back... we graduated High School together and went to Point Park University together. We had lost touch... but I walked into MB for the first time, and there she was at the desk. She has been so helpful and attentive throughout this whole process.
