Stay well clear. I purchased a car for £10k, within a day a high pitched squeak started, so back up to Birmingham for them to take a look. Advised to bring it back, they’d give me a courtesy car, and sort mine. Courtesy car was an absolute mess. We brought a vehicle from them this year Feb 2023. We have spent well of £3k of repairs and to top this off it’s just failed its MOT. Will be reporting them to Trading Standards also. Please avoid this dealership at all costs.
The car was unroadworthy once I got it in for a service all manner of issues popped up. The dealer was extremely rude when I asked for help with repairs. Whoever mot'd this car should be out of business... As should this dealer. Do not buy from them
They had the car we wanted, a 10 reg beetle. We emailed them a week before arranging to go and see the car and I asked if it would be ready to drive away. They said yes. We then emailed to say we’re on our way. We drove nearly 4 hours and 175 miles for this car. When we got there they sent us to another address 5 mins down the road. When we got to see the car it was dirty, full of dog hair, cobwebs on wing mirrors. It had 3 warning lights on the dash, a cracked windscreen and brake lights didn’t work.
