We have serviced our cx5 here since we got it in 2015 and have had positive experiences. Everyone is friendly and helpful and service is very efficient. The service manager Tim is honest and spends time explaining things and prioritizing services which is very appreciated. I feel comfortable when I bring my car here and I don’t feel that I’m being taken advantage of or having things recommended that aren’t necessary.
Always polite, thorough, and timely in their service.

Went to Mazda of West Ridge for routine service on my 2017 Mazda CX-5. Completely blown away by the warm and friendly greeting at the service door and by the helpfulness of everyone in the dealership! While there, I met with Jesse Cicione and he inquired about my current vehicle and then proceeded to make a deal on a new 2020 CS-5 that actually lowered my payments by $135/month! So pleased I made the ride to Mazda of West Ridge. Great cars and even better people and customer service!
Bought 3 Mazda CX5's from Shawn in August...he was an awesome salesman. He and the team made the process very painless. Just brought 1 of our cars in for an oil change...again, quick and painless! Service was excellent!!
