Matt was very helpful. He was able to work with us on price and was very accommodating. We drive out from Buffalo and he had a SUV waiting for is to test drive. The only cons is the whole process took way too long. We were there for a total of 4 hours and we had our 16 month with is. We also noticed a few scratches on the brand new 2020 model we leased. We now have to hopefully get those taken care of at a Transitowne in buffalo.
Shawn was the best to work with! He made sure that my husband and I got the right car to meet our needs. He listens and isn’t pushy. He tells you the facts and allows you to make your own decision. He was highly recommended to us and now we know why!
