We have purchased two cars here, and have had little reason to experience the service department for anything significant. A year ago, as part of our yearly state inspection, the brakes were near end of life so we had a four wheel brake job done. This year at the inspection, the rear brakes were again end of life after 14,000 miles, while the front brakes were in great shape just as they should be.
