Bought my third new Mazda on saturday. Love Mr. Jimmy in service department and sara is the best at teaching you about all the cars gadgets. I was super excited this time with no no money down and 0% interest for 5 years. Jeremy my salesman was awesome. Stretch did a great job on making my hubby happy with my third new car in 4 years. I pick up my 2018 CX3 on Monday. Can't wait.
I'd give zero stars for this dealership if I could. They've advertised on the radio constantly for all of September very specifically, "Any Trade Goes" and "Any Credit Goes" - "Guaranteed". That is a pretty bold statement; to actually guarantee trading out and financing but that is word for word what they advertise. Unfortunately, this is false advertising. Everyone that helped me from the salesman to the finance manager was honest and caring, they explained my trade in and purchase to me, doing the best they could to help me when they didn't have to, they did me a huge favor on my new car which I love and put me in a better vehicle for me and my baby to be!
Had a great experience back in November when I purchased my car but when I went to get my oil changed for an upcoming trip, it got better. The man who wrote me up and took my keys was very precessional and friendly. I couldn't figure out why he kept asking me if I had ever brought the car in before. 45 minutes later( the time they told me it would take for an oil change and tire rotation) he brought me my receipt and keys and thanked me. They are the biggest joke! If you need a Vehicle go anywhere but to them! I will not be back!
