A Mazda vehicle is second to none! The service department in Ridgeland is simply incredible! You can totally trust Jimmy Patterson and his crew with anything! I have never felt more comfortable with a service department than with these guys!
I felt welcomed the moment I walked into Mazda of Ridgeland I was greeted right away and asked if I needed any assistance. Everyone was so helpful right down to the Office Manager Gina who was extremely helpful. A big thank you to all of the staff and especially Gina for helping make my experience a pleasant one. I have highly recommended my friends and family to go to Mazda of Ridgeland either to purchase a vehicle or to get repairs or maintenance done to their vehicles.
I would like to send a Thank you to the service department of Mazda of Ridgeland for getting my vehicle right in and getting it fixed correctly. It runs just as good as the day I bought it. Sarah was very helpful when telling me what was wrong with my vehicle she took the time to personally make sure I was taken care of. You don't want to know what I think about this place! I will never buy another car from them nor recommend anyone to them especially how Danielle Kom and her GM treated my 6 YR OLD daughter this weekend. Danielle is luck she has a mouth full of teeth after cussing in front of my child!
