I have to say. The staff at Mazda of Jackson is absolutly the best. I recently had my car seviced here. They fixed everything I asked. They went the extra mile, and stayed late ti get me fixed. The pricing was very reasonable. A true fan here!

If you want a realibe car for your family this is NOT the place to go. This was my last resort after searching. And we get given a car that is shit. We have had nothing but problems with it. I mean super gluing the gear button back on�� come on guys. Y'all are supposed to be professional. The car is shit. The saleman basically pressured the sale of this particular car. We had a breakdown, driving through Jackson, MS and the tow truck delivered to this dealership. We were very pleased with the prompt, reasonably-priced service.
Yoyo (Yoseph) worked very hard to get us into a CX-5. He met us in the parking lot on an extremely cold & blustery day, something salespeople at 4 other dealerships that day didn't do. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and it's features. He does a great job. We made him work, but he made the deal work. We love our CX-5!
