Awesome staff and great prices.
My vehicle has been in and out of their shop 3 times since May for the City Smart Brake system failing. Apparently they can’t figure it out and has sent me a message to come pick it up. The loaners they give me doesn’t have this problem. The service manager Jimmy. Well he doesn’t have a great customer service. He hangs up in your face and he will tell you all kinds of lies. My husband told me not to buy a Mazda because he is a Ford Tech. But I had my heart set on a CX 5 Not even a year old and already issues.
Have been with these folks since October, 2015....sales and service....Closed on our second purchase today.....nothing short of outstanding....from Lawrence to Chris and Kyle.....and the entire Team there. We called same day for routine maintenance, we were in and out in no time, and that included a recall item being replaced. This dealership has customer service above and beyond.
I would never buy a vehichle from this place. They will lie to you the sale man will try to get you to do illegal things. The guys higher up aren't any better they don't have a clue what is going on. I have never had so much trouble trying to buy a vehichle as I have with them. I WILL BE GOING TO WASTON QUALITY AND EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO SHOP HERE !!!!!
Poor service. Rude when we’ve been there. Consistently troll Facebook garage sale areas with fake deals. Avoid.
