I bought my car from here. A year later (within warranty), the Head-Up display starts to cause very noisy rattling sound. So I booked online an appointment for review. Upon arrival, I was met by a resentful receptionist as their system showed that my appointment was the next day. I showed them my online booking and the email confirmation.
