They suck... took them over a month to fix my washing machine and it is still not fixed. Story: told me it was so and so part, then the week after, they got the part and installed it and it turned out it wasn't the problem. Then another guy came out to try to fix it, then ordered another part. 2 more weeks went by and no word so I call up and asked. I was told that there weren't any parts ordered for me. Learn from my mistake - Caveat Emptor! While they warranty parts for 90 days - they only warranty labor for 30 days. This means that if the parts they replace go bad after 30 days, you are on the hook for potentially several hundred more $$ in labor than the original repair cost - negating the entire point of repairing rather than replacing an older appliance. I found out the hard way about this, that and their awful customer service on the call back.
