CLUELESS REPAIRMAN! 10 DAYS AND COUNTING AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A WORKING DRYER. Which by the way is ONLY 3 months old. If you own a Whirlpool don't use this Company. They repair Maytag models NOT Whirlpool.
This company was awful to my husband and I this morning -- both the scheduled technician and the representatives at the main number. Our stove is on warranty from Ikea, and Ikea made the service appointment for us. They only had weekdays available, so when we were offered an 8-12 time slot, my husband took the morning off from work (we both have 9-5 jobs, and have to give some notice to take time off). Terrible human beings! Bought a washer from Home Depot for my 80 year old mother less than 1 year ago and was told they were they only repair shop to service in her area. Set up the appointment but then called back to make sure they give her enough time to get to the door( she has a stair lift) so I requested them give her extra time to answer the phone or door. My washer is a little over four years old. The lid would not stay up. Quaker City Service came out and replaced the door hinges. The repairman was very prompt and nice. The charge for the repair was reasonable. I would use/recommend this company in the future.
