I recently visited the surgery for the first time using the drop-in clinic with my daughter. We waited around an hour to be seen, which wasn’t bad at all considering it was a same-day, no-appointment service. The clinic was clearly busy, but we still felt well looked after. The doctor was fantastic—he really took the time to listen to my daughter’s concerns and didn’t rush her, which we truly appreciated.
