Highly recommended. I've dealt with Ash that proved to be a honest and helpful person. I've travelled from London to see the car and I've been told prior my journey to Norwich all the bad points on the vehicle. It's been a pleasure to deal with the team at Mayfieldmotors.
I had a terrible experience with this company and this review has been edited due to the business threatening me with legal action on my original comments. I do not recommend this company and strongly advise you take your custom elsewhere.
I've got such a brilliant & reliable car from this garage!!!! Ash & John were so helpful, Ash got back to my query incredibly quickly & on a weekend. I had an appointment to see the car that suited me. I liked having an appointment slot because you have the time to talk through queries. Really grateful for my great run around car 🚗 would definitely come back to this garage if needed a car in the future 👌
John was very professional, I got my second car from here with a warranty, can’t complain, first place I got a car from wasn’t as good as here, John helped me by advising me to get a car more fit to what I needed it for, no faults so far!
