Very bad practice, I have to speak to practice manger just to sort out prescription
A LOT OF WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE HERE!! (including the website) I’m leaving this review because I’ve exhausted every other way to raise a formal complaint. Mayfield Medical Practice’s website has no working complaint/feedback system, and there are no clear contact details to escalate serious concerns, leaving patients and visitors with no way to be truly heard. I had a really positive experience at my GP surgery today and wanted to share a bit of praise, especially for Nurse Joelle. She was kind, professional, and put me at ease straight away. It’s not always easy walking into appointments, especially when you have had a bad one from previous GP surgery’s but she made the whole process feel calm and respectful. Ive not been here long but what i get from this practice is a genuine caring attitude towards patients. The Nurses i have seen have all been understanding of my conditions too. At my old practice I dont feel like they properly looked in depth into my bloods but here they have and I really appreciate that as I can hopefully now move more forwards with my recovery. Its not been nice feeling really off an not knowing whats wrong. Iam so relieved i now know what is going on with my body. Thank you.
