I was with my previous GP for 52 years and did not realise how bad they were until I changed to Mayfield, who are excellent in every way. Easy to get appointments, efficient doctors and nurses and the staff are lovely. In fact, it's hard to believe just how good they are compared to my previous GP practice. I am delighted I move to them.

I don't know what the issue is at this surgery but they are not able to communicate well and I am not taking any more time out of my working day to fix their errors. Should not have to make repeated phonecalls to get something resolved, or find an answer they said they would give previously and failed to do. I know people are only human but every single time my child needs to go here they have nothing but issues. I've even involved the Practice Manager and still the problems persist. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm so annoyed!! These guys dismissed me from their register. I wanted my repeat prescription, the receptionist Sally said they hadn't received the email, I watched the pharmacist send the email on 3 seperate occasions, Sally said they hadn't received anything (she was being really awkward) then started to repeat.... is there any more questions??? I use both branches where I can get appointments. 5 Star service staff and clinicians. You can tell they care about you. Best GP surgery in Wolverhampton
