This morning I spoke to Doctor Reed who helpful & reassuring. He took time listened, explained things to me,. I had confidence in him & went away much more relaxed. Is he going to be part of the practice. I do hope so.
Great service from Nicky the receptionist at Mayfield Medical centre for her help this morning. I was rather stressed and tearful this AM having been given the run around by the practice and pharmacy. Nicky couldn't have done anymore. Took my details, my problem and requested I be contacted by a Gp. Due to Nicky's understanding and quick resolution of my issue, I received a call within 30 mins from a GP. Thank you so much. Jo
